About SiRA.O Jewelry:
SiRA.O takes great care to offer great quality in materials and design. We take tremendous pride in our merchandise and strive to continue our commitment to quality. Each SiRA.O piece is handmade to order, so no two pieces will ever be exactly alike. Each gemstone that is integrated into our designs has been handpicked and selected by Thandie, our designer with great care and precision, always with the finished piece in mind. We use only the highest quality materials, gold, silver and other alloys, including leather.

Jewelry Care:
To care for your SiRA.O Jewelry, we find that a jewelry polishing cloth should work just fine for most touch up jobs. Gold and silver does tarnish naturally with time, so a quick polish may be necessary from time to time. Please remember to remove your jewelry before bathing and sleeping to avoid contact with chemicals in the bath or from becoming tangled or bent while sleeping. Each SiRA.O piece arrives in its own protective pouch to keep your resting jewelry protected from the elements. Otherwise, a mild soap and water rinse will continue to make your gemstones sparkle.

Ordering


Placing Orders:
SiRA.O uses Paypal to place orders and track payments. Paypal also allows for a larger variety of payment options to our customers. Paypal accepts echecks, and most major credit cards.

SiRA.O accepts, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Accepted Credit Cards

SiRA.O is based in California, and will have to charge a sales and use tax of 8.75% on all purchases made inside of California. Any sales from outside of California will not be assessed a sales and use tax.

Processing Orders:
Since all SiRA.O pieces are handmade to order, it will take 5-7 days to create and ship your order. If you change your mind, please contact us at info@sirao.com immediately (within 24 hours ) before we begin construction on your piece. Once your piece is under construction, we will no longer be able to issue a refund.

Some pieces may require fabrication, and will take longer to create and assemble. If your piece(s) falls into this category, you will be notified immediately of the expected shipping date.

Shipping and Handling
SiRA.O uses the United States Postal Service for its shipping needs. SiRA.O ships all items via priority mail, insured and delivery confirmed. Should you require a different shipping method, please contact us and we will make every effort to accommodate you.

It generally takes 2-3 business days for an order to reach you if shipped via priority mail. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your jewelry ships, to insure a safe delivery and your peace of mind.

Rates/Pricing are as follows:

Priority mail rate: $4.05 + insurance

Insurance:
$1.35 $0.01 to $50
$2.30   $50.01 to $100
$3.35   $100.01 to $200
$4.40   $200.01 to $300
$5.45   $300.01 to $400
$6.50   $400.01 to $500
$7.55   $500.01 to $600
$8.60   $600.01 to $700
$9.65   $700.01 to $800
$10.70   $800.01 to $900
$11.75   $900.01 to $1000
Please add $1.05 for each additional $100 of merchandise to be insured.

International Orders:
SiRA.O will ship internationally via Global Express USPS. All customs declarations and costs will be stated on the package. Your jewelry should arrive in 1-3 business days, insurance and a tracking number will be provided to you. Should you require a different shipping menthod, please contact us and we will make every effort to accommodate you.

Rates are as follows: Rates vary according to the country of destination. Rates begin at $25.25, not including insurance. We will charge a flat shipping rate of $30.00 for all international orders. If your shipping total is in excess of this amount, we will contact you to discuss shipping arrangements.

Returns and Policies


Return Policy:
SiRA.O will accept returns for merchandise credit only up to 10 days from receipt of your jewelry. Please insure your jewelry if you are sending it back. Please email us the tracking number so that we may look for its arrival. We will not be responsible for returned items that are lost in the mail. Please email us at info@sirao.com for return address.

Any items purchased on sale are final sale and may not be returned for merchandise credit.

Repair Policy:
SiRA.O will happily repair your jewelry free of charge if it arrives defective or damaged. However, we do understand that normal wear and tear does happen periodically. SiRA.O is happy to repair any other normal wear and tear damages for a small fee at the owner's postage expense.
